• Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date
• Service Usage: Refunds are available regardless of service usage during the guarantee period
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact Support: Submit a refund request through our support ticket system or contact our billing department
2. Provide Information: Include your account details, order number, and reason for the refund request
3. Account Verification: We will verify your account and eligibility for the refund
4. Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

The following services and fees are not eligible for refunds:
