Vertex Hosting provides web hosting, VPS hosting, VDS hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• You must not interfere with the proper working of our services

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Our services may not be used for:

• Spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Distribution of malware or viruses
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Hacking, cracking, or other unauthorized access
• Content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance of service delivery
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Prices may be changed with 30 days notice
• Late payments may incur additional fees

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for securing your own data and we are not liable for data loss or breaches.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and all data may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
