Common questions about billing and payments
You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. For new services, payment is due immediately upon order. Renewal charges occur automatically on your service renewal date unless auto-renewal is disabled.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
You can update your payment information anytime through your client portal. Go to Billing > Payment Methods to add, remove, or update your credit cards and other payment methods. Changes take effect immediately.
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry the charge after 3 days. You'll receive email notifications about failed payments. If payment isn't received within 7 days, your services may be suspended. Contact support if you need assistance.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most hosting services. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable due to registry policies. For specific refund requests, please contact our billing support team who will review your case.
You can cancel services through your client portal or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to your services until the paid period expires.
